A food and information blog for gestational diabetes
With pasta, bread, tortillas and tons of other flour filled products lining the grocery aisles, it's hard to imagine a low carb meal. We're use to fillers in our diet, and to get away from those high carb items we have to re-imagine what our plates will look like. And that's great because we get to explore food in a new and exciting way, like with our healthy rice crispy treats! Of course, there are some favorites that we just don't want to let go - and that's totally understandable - so we just find a way to make them work. ;) We did that with these smothered beef burritos and this Taco Bell copycat grilled stuffed burrito recipe and cinnamon roll mug cake.
