Add the pineapple, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey and chia seeds to the blender and blend until well combined.If not using a blender, stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
Transfer the mixture to 3 bowls in equal portions.
Top with almonds and coconut shreds, and lime zest if desired.
Notes
Blend everything except the almonds and coconut shreds and make it a smoothie.Broil the shredded coconut and almonds on low on a baking sheet for about 2 minutes to add flavor. The coconut will turn brown and crispy.
