Choose the number of servings 5 ounces
- 10 oz Red Wine, dry or semi dry Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon
- 1/4 t Truvia, ganulated
- 1/8 t Cinnamon
- 1/4 t Ginger
- 1 t Orange Zest (about half an orange)
Combine all ingredients except the orange zest into a pot.
Heat the pot on a medium to medium high heat. You want the liquid to simmer, not boil.
Cook for 20 minutes or until you can no longer smell or taste the alcohol.
For the best pop of flavor, add the orange zest at the end. Best served warm but also good cold.
