Choose the number of servings 2 bombs each
- 1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter softened
- 2/3 Medium Banana
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 t Cinnamon or Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 T Coconut Flour
Smash the banana well with a fork. Small lumps are OK.
Add the butter and pumpkin and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix the coconut flour and cinnamon together, then add it to the pumpkin mix.
Mix well. It'll look like wet sand.
Scoop 2 Tbsps at a time and roll into a ball with your hands. If it's too wet or sticky, sprinkle a pinch of coconut flour into each ball.
Optionally, lightly roll the bombs in coconut flour or powdered sugar to coat them. Caution: too much coconut flour will make the balls chalky.
Refrigerate so butter can solidify.
To make into fat bombs, add 1 Tbsp cream cheese. If it's too sticky when rolling, add 1/2 t of coconut flour.
