4-Ingredient, no bake Coconut Lemon Fat Bombs in 10 minutes: perfect for an end of meal dessert!

Fresh Lemon Juice
Mascarpone or Cream Cheese
Mash the banana, mascarpone and lemon juice well in a bowl with a fork. Small lumps are ok.
Add the coconut flour and mix well (by hand). The mix will pull from the sides of the bowl.
Scoop 2 Tbsps at a time and roll into a ball by hand.
Optional - Roll the balls in powdered sugar or coconut flour; just enough to coat them. Zest the lemon peel over the top just for decoration.
Equipment: Bowl, fork, measuring spoons.
