You may heat the milk & fruit on low heat to better distribute the mango sugars. Whether heating it or not, mash the mango in either the pot or serving dish, then add the milk and sweetener and stir. Add lime if desired.
Frying the Banana
In a small pan/pot, add enough oil to make ¼ inch deep. Heat on medium heat.
Cut 2 inches of the banana. The banana naturally splits into three parts vertically. Split the cut portion into three parts.
Lay the wonton wrapper as a diamond. Place a banana piece on the wrapper’s corner closest to you and roll to halfway. Fold in the corners and finish rolling. Dab water on the last corner to seal the roll. Ensure a complete seal or oil will enter and make it soggy.
When oil is hot, add the wrapped banana and fry each side until golden. Should take no more than 60 seconds each side.
Equipment: Small Pan/Pot, Fork.
Variations: Add Protein Powder, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Nut Butter, Chia or Flaxseed. The Chia and Flaxseed soak up the moisture and turn it into a pudding (best if chilled for a couple of hours)!
