– Pineapple Chunks  – Plain Low Fat Greek Yogurt – Lite Coconut Milk – Honey – Chia Seeds – Sliced Almonds – Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Step 1

Add the pineapple, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey and chia seeds to the blender and blend until well combined.

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to 3 bowls in equal portions. Top with almonds and coconut shreds, and lime zest if desired.
