– Chickpeas – Cauliflower florets – Coconut Milk – Ground Ginger – Garlic powder – Curry powder – Onion powder

Step 1

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Cut the cauliflower into palm-sized florets. Pour milk and spices into the pot and stir.

Step 2

Add the chickpeas and cauliflower to the pot. Cover and cook on medium high heat for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Uncover and let simmer for 5 minutes. Serve in 3 equal portions.
